I know I'm not a teacher or anything but i want there to be something. And you may have already learned this. Today's lesson is on Circumference, Diameter, and Radius. The circumference measures the distance around a circle. To find a circumference of a circle, multiply the diameter by three. To find the diameter, multiply the radius by two. To find the radius, divide the diameter by two. For some of the questions below, you may have to do them backwards. For example, if you have a diameter of 2 feet, but you don't know the circumference or the radius. To find the circumference, you would times the diameter by three so you would have 6 feet. To find the radius, you would take the diameter and divide it by two, so you would get 1 foot. For some practice you can do these problems. If you want me to check them just send them to me. Below I will tell you if the measurement is in circumference, diameter, or radius, and you will have to figure out the the rest. 1. 6 feet is the diameter 2. 36 meters is the circumference 3. 4mm is the radius 4. 812cm is the radius 5. 25 miles is the diameter 6. 933 inches is the circumference 7. 51.2 yards is the radius 8. .88km is the diameter 9. 1,263 feet is the circumference 10. 7,612 cm is the diameter 11. .115 mm is the radius 12. 573 meters is the circumference 13. .999 cm is the diameter If you have any question post them and I'll get back to you A.S.A.P. Thank You for reading! Hope you all learned a new concept!
